Meet the Builder
I bought my first house, a multi-family that needed complete renovations, in 1984. Since then, I have remodeled numerous houses and built hundreds of new houses, condominiums, and apartments. Our new construction projects include residential custom homes, community subdivisions, senior living communities, office buildings, and apartments.
As the owner and managing partner of Oak Land Developers, LLC., I visit the job sites daily and provide individualized attention to each customer. Many of my subcontractors have worked with me for over 25 years. They provide skillful work on each project, and possess an in-depth understanding of the business and their craft. People learn about us by word-of-mouth. Former clients recommend our work to their friends and family looking to build new homes. We have even had clients come back to us when looking to build their second homes!
